Since his first vintage in 2018 he has slowly acquired more land, meaning there is more wine available for us. Romain spent 7 years working with winemaker Eric Pfifferling at Domaine de LAnglore, prior to that assisted Matthieu Valle at Chteau Yvonne. After traditional maceration for Cinsault and carbonic maceration for Carignan, the wine is aged in barrels.
