On the palate, a cleansing and refreshing layer of green pineapple, lemon rind and honeysuckle dominate the landscape. This is met by a mineral chalky salinity creating a mouth watering effect with a long finish. This wine is excellent with fresh Miyagi oysters served with a dab of Champagne vinaigrette and shallots.
