Syrah 2024 Crack open and don't overthinkOur Syrah comes from our 5 acre vineyard in St. Davids, with an average yield of 5 tons per acre. Our dedicated team hand picks the fruit, and we remove the stems to ensure top quality. The whole lot rests in a single, brand new 500 L American oak puncheon, with just enough wood to frame the wine. When the times right, we let gravity do the bottling, and run only a whisper of filtration so every drop keeps its edge. A true labour of love, and one were
