Fresh sugarcane stalks are pressed on site at Hope distillery and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks before being distilled in a copper still. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Funky with olive and grassy umami notes. Palate: Subtly sweet with hints of citrus. Finish: A slight peppery yet herbaceous finish. #RUM #HOPE
