Its symbol is the castle of Cheverny, built in the style of Louis X111. Domaine Salvard has been in the Delaille family since the 1890's, the latest generation expertly managing their 30 hectares with a programme of conscientious (a. k. a. semi organic) vineyard management. This is a juicy blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir and has bags of cherry
