Grown on sandstone soils, the wine has a beautiful, floral, subtle but concentrated nose of redcurrant, pomegranate, and strawberry which on the palate are nice and crunchy. Theres also a spicy feel, with high acidity and grainy tannins. Light bodied but intense with a long finish. Gallus is smoky and stoney, with notes
