Much of Auchroisks spirit goes into blends, so this expression offers one of the few chances to taste the distillerys own style. Its matured mainly in exbourbon casks, giving it a crisp, grassy profile with gentle sweetness and subtle oak. Its aroma shows fresh apple, lemon zest, light malt,
