The blend was dry-hopped with whole leaf hops from the Hallertau region of Bavaria

Blackberry and raspberry mead aged in OHD aquavit barrels (partially cryo-concentrated fruit + a portion of caramelized heather honey)

The other half was a fresher 12 month old hoppy saison bringing in esters

Meadow Lane is a blend of 2 different worts brewed 12 & 32 months prior to packaging. The blend was lightly dry hopped with UK grown Akoya & Goldings then hand bottled with a dose of cane sugar & fresh mixed culture for bottle conditioning
