Setting up at dusk one evening in September I waited for traffic to pass by my spot on the side of the bridge

In 2008 I headed to Glacier National Park and explored the park in the winter months

At sunrise itself a cloud deck had built up providing a muted sunrise this year as the month of November starts

I looked across the Gastineau Channel and noticed the low clouds on Douglas Island with the fresh snow from some rain which had fallen earlier in the day on the peaks

As the level of the waves was changing, the challenge was to find a location where the tripod would be steady and not impacted with the incoming waves. After capturing the scene and heading back to the hotel for a little nap, I then continued to enjoy a nice week of vacation on Maui.
