(This was farmed organically and it is in later years that Vincent converted over to Biodynamics.) The nose opens with a light suggestion of buttercream, lemon oil, golden apple and a just there note of baking spices. The palate is moderate in weight and gorgeously balanced by notes of cream, lemon oil, and pear galette.
