It is rich and fragrant with a nutty character and bold malt flavours. It is a well balanced whisky with hints of vanilla, raisin and faint smoke. The light finish is a reminder of Tottoris pure spring water used during distillation. Not chill filtered. A bouquet of orange peel, lemongrass, malt and almond. The palate has a core of fruity notes and white grapes.
