Full bodied, packed with plums and spice, and very ripe in this especially sun drenched vintage. Domaine des Escaravailles is a big family affair grouping together a number of vineyards, all planted at high altitude between the villages of Cairanne and Roaix. Rasteau is in the middle and is where the estate has its main holdings.
