Indomita Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 Color:Red With smells of light almondAromas loaded with berries and ripe red fruits, dark flowers, and tobacco. Flavorful and pleasantly sweet with an abundance of rounded concentrated tannins. Medicinal berry aromas are outweighed by a strong blast of clove. While this feels wide and chunky, it's also acidic. Following the nose, this tastes heavily of clove along with plum, currant and raspberry. On the finish, there's no shedding that dominant oak based clove character.
