Crafted inside historic Hangar 17 at Launceston Airport, the whisky reflects founder Chris Condons patient, hands on approach, with every stage from mashing and fermentation through to distillation, maturation and bottling taking place under one roof. Matured entirely in 100L American oak bourbon casks, this release lets Launcestons
