Note that this has just a fitting with a barbed end which wasn't stock but was intended for the MerCruiser fuel lines that were flexible & threaded)

MerCruiser 44196-1 44196T1 Flame Arrestor Carburetor Carb Cover 4.3L V6 1987-93 18hp This was removed from anItem Details MerCruiser Flame Arrestor 44196 1 44196T1 (Molded Hose Retainer) Eventually replaced by 805016A1 which had the hose retainer that bolted to the top of the carburetor. Overall Good condition Compatibility on this isn't exactly clear as it was used in conjunction with other models that had molded hose retainers, so you'll just have to look at your exiting one to figure out which kind that you need. This has the 3" Throat opening for 2
