Azul y Garanza farm in and around the Bardenas Reales, the lunar desert park of southern Navarra, and they do everything organically by necessity as much as conviction. This Viura comes from older vines on clay limestone soils at around 400 meters, fermented with wild yeasts in concrete and held briefly in stainless before bottling.
