It's approachably fresh and fruity, but elegant, too, juxtaposing spine tingling acidity and tangs of salty mineral against a long, honeyed finish. Delicate fragrance recalling ripe apricot and citrus fruit. Elegantly structured, with pronounced mineral character imparted by the slate rich soil in which the grapes are grown.
