Wind Across the Sand Size:24"x36" Right after parking the car

Right after parking the car and walking towards the park I noticed this scene

Frost was on the grass and a little sheet of ice was on some of the ponds in Ann Morrison Park this morning

just before the game I noticed the sun starting to drop behind the stands on the 3rd base side of the stadium

For the next few hours we explored just outside the downtown area and some of the great architecture new and old which can be found in Denver

Wind Across the Sand Size:24"x36" Right after parking the carAs the day moves to afternoon at the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve the wind picks up. With the wind starting to blow those lines which were led to the distance start to be obscured with the blowing sand from the gusty wind. These winds are quite common at the sand dunes based on the location of the park in the Alamosa valley and is also how they initially formed.
