2019 Schubert Estate The Gosling Shiraz 750ml Giant Steps Founded in 1893 by AlfredThe Gosling Shiraz originates from select blocks within our Estate vineyards situated at Neldner Road and Roennfeldt Road in Marananga, Barossa Valley. Hand picked and meticulously processed, the Shiraz undergoes fermentation in 5 tonne open top fermenters with daily pump overs, ensuring optimal extraction of color, flavor, and tannin. After fermentation, the wine ages in seasoned French oak barriques for 18 months, resulting in a harmonious blend.
