This is an incredibly friendly expression of Mezcal, exhibiting the light sweetness of fresh root vegetables, stone fruit skin, and white flowers. Distilled in Santiago Matatln and bottled at 45% abv. A perfect match for Red meat, game, pasta with red sauce or pesto sauce, and semi hard cheese. Best served between 16 18C.
