It takes a very skilled hand to bring balance to this easily over the top grape. This is a perfect example of how those bold aromatics can shine when treated with care. Sourced from young vines on clay and limestone, it sees a short maceration that brings out notes of orange zest and delicate florals. Tatse like sunshine. ABV: 13%
