Fitted with a 'Withington' cutter. The cutter has been imprinted 'faulty' at the time of forging yet it looks fine and looks to have been used for years with this cutter (please see photos). Cutter Width: 38mm (1 1 2") Condition: all parts move freely, please see photos for condition.
