The face of the ring was originally an antique stick pin (circa 1870 1890) transformed by removing the pin stem and adding a 14k gold band. The ring is in good condition with some chipping to the diamonds (visible under magnification). It is currently a size 3, but can be resized free of charge. Materials: 14k gold, Sapphire, Diamond.
