Vincent & Sophie Morey Chassagne-Montrachet Les Caillerets 2017 Size:750ml the label depicts a 'rossolo'Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting, the 2014 Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Caillerets from Vincent & Sophie Morey has a very fine bouquet, with wonderful mineralit and tension, subtle and offering light yellow flower scents. The palate is well balanced with a fine thread of acidity, saline and lively with a tang of ginger toward the persistent finish. It lacks a little mineralit and loses some precision in the glass, perhaps just outflanked by
