Primal Matured Malt Spirit Series 3 Non-Whisky whisky maker Steven Bremner choseThe third release, in a series of four, for our collaboration with the Primal Spirits craft distillery in Johannesburg. Produced using peated malt, the spirit was matured for a total of 6. 5 months, starting in a 195L virgin oak cask for a month, then in an ex bourbon cask for 2 months and then in a 30L Sauternes cask for the final 3. 5 months.
