With each iteration, we are trying different ingredients and processes with an ultimate goal of using these experiments to elevate all of the beer we produce. Conjuration 27 is a 7% Hazy IPA brewed with wheat and oats and hopped with our hand selected Citra and Mosaic as well as NZ Cascade.
