Mikawa yatsubusa in Japanese translates to a small cluster of three rivers. A nod to the overlapping clustered leaves, which gives this maple a very unique appearance. Mikawa Yatsubusa has very nice branching habit. Fall colors are yellow orange to red. Moderate to slow growing. Very cool one of our favorites! Mikawa
