The inspiration for this beer was one of the finest pale ales we've ever had which was brewed by @thebeakbrewery in the UK

Nelson Sauvin is one of our absolute favourite hops and we wanted our single hop version to have the best possible base to allow it to shine

and utility knife in one sleek design

5% IPA we brewed with oats and hopped with our favourites from this past year: Peacharine and Nelson Sauvin from @freestylehops as well as our hand-selected Citra from @yakimachief

Nectaron is one of the juiciest New Zealand hops we know so we were curious to see how it would present in a West Coast style delivery. No surprise, it's delicious! As much as we love hazy IPAs (and trust us, we love them), nothing quenches quite like a westie. Our goal with this series is to keep that west coast drinkability
