Chateau Musar brandy made by one of SouthChateau Musar was founded in 1930 by Gaston Hochar. It is still owned and run by younger generations. The vineyards are at a high altitude and benefit from gravelly soils which encourage the production of high quality grapes. A deep red colour, with aromas of sweet cherry, plum and dried fruit together with a subtle spice element and hint of tobacco.
