Donatella Cinelli Colombini Brunello di Montalcino DOCG whiskey Alcoholic fermentation in 500-liter openThis wine comes from two small vineyards of 13 hectares that are surrounded by the 16th century building, Casato Prime Donne. The vines are 20 years old. The wine undergoes regular alcoholic fermentation lasting 15 days. The wine is aged for at least three and a half (3 ) years in oak barrels and tonneaux. Ruby red color with a nose rich in spices with hints of vanilla and nuances of ripe berries. Elegant and harmonious palate with good tannins.
