Domaine Le Novi, Red Blend "Terre de Safres" Luberon, France 2022 consignment Gentle and refreshing on the46% Grenache, 36% Syrah, 18% Cinsault Intense nose of tart red berry coulis, slightly spicy. The palate is greedy and juicy, with hints of red cherries and redcurrants, finely spiced. Fine, tight tannins, long lasting aroma. Domaine Le Novi is built exclusively on Safres or soft sandstone, dating from the Helvetian and Tortonian periods. This long history has given the estate's terroir a delicate composition of sandy and clay limestone soils. Organic.
