This version is the 11th we've done and our 3rd using hops from the fine folks at @hayhoehops in Aylmer. This beer uses a brand new hop variety called Vista which is one of the newest hop varieties from the USDA public breeding program. We added a hefty dose of Hayhoe Vista in the dry hop along with some of our hand selected Sabro.
