1994 Ronchi di Cialla Ciallarosso Volume:750ml Average age of vines: 25Ciallarosso is a traditional blend of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and Schioppettino, it wonderfully combines the structure of Refosco and elegance of Schioppettino. A powerful but elegant wine suitable for excellent aging thanks to its tannins and acidity. It is perfect with white and red meats, and vegetable based dishes. The 1994 vintage was a cool and quite rainy year, so the wine is very fresh and elegant. Very pleasant acidity, and silky tannins.
