Caramalized onion, roasted garlic, miso and aroma of cardamom, coriander and many other spices makes curry a real winner. Directions: 1. Cut meat, carrots, onions and potatoes into bite size pieces. Saute with butter (or vegetable oil) until light brown 2. Add water and bring to a full boil 3. Cook until the meat and vegetables are tender
