Tim was drawn to the diversity of Sonoma and wanted to make a truly luxury wine on the other side of the mountain. Immortal is located just on the other side of Spring Mountain and is a terraced vineyard site on 55 degree slopes. Immortal Estate is an evolution of the Hidden Ridge Vineyard.
