Krasno 2015 Merlot - 750ml Mediterranee zesty edge against a stonyThe Krasno Merlot is a red wine produced in the Gorika Brda region of Slovenia. Its made from 100% Merlot grapes, harvested by hand. The fermentation process takes place over 1015 days at a temperature of 2528C, and its done entirely in French barrique barrels. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months, with 50% in French barriques and the other 50% in stainless steel tanks.
