Shuttered since Prohibition, it was once home to famous brands such as Ezra Brooks, Old Medley, Mellow Corn, and Kentucky Beau. The distillery was resurrected in 2014 and laid down its first barrels in nearly a century in 2016. In 2022, the distillery was purchased by Bardstown Bourbon Company.
