Abracadabra, dEAd cAt sTRat(egy) 2022 Pinot Noir Coming into a sweet spotPlace: Auvergne, France Grape: Xarel lo + Macabeu (From Penedes) Vibe: Refreshing A 50 50 blend where the Xarel lo was destemmed whilst the Macabeu was left as whole bunches, they macerated together for a week. Full of citrus, gently honeyed and with a little herbal edge. Light on its feet but with energy in spades this hydrates better than water. Very limited. Each bottle is individually painted and as such might differ from the picture below. ABV:
