For their Viognier, grapes are harvested from Santa Carla Vineyards in the southern Bio Bio Valley of Chile, not far from the coast. Loam soils and a cool climate create fresh grapes, with 20 days' fermentation in stainless steel, and further ageing in stainless steel before bottling. This creates a wine of delicate light yellow appearance with clean, elegant and
