Ribbon Flower Hair Tie | Blue Black Scrappy Animals Fair trade made in ourThese mini scrunchies have velvet ribbon adorned with little fabric flowers, all made of our remnant soft and luxurious rayon fabric, that hand silkscreened with an eco friendly, seaweed based dye. The hair ties were made with care in our fair trade, in house workshop in Bali. Dimensions: 3"D x 12. 5" long (7. 5cmD x 32cm long) 100% Rayon covering elastic, with velvet ri bbon Hand or machine wash (in a lingerie bag) with cold water, line dry.
