Here, the wine rests for three years, time working its quiet magic to create something quintessentially Italian. It darts between blue and sour cherry fruit, interwoven with dried herbs, cured meats, and a touch of leather. Coarse tannin atm but you'll have no time polishing off the bottle. ABV: 13%
