Chateau Thivin Beaujolais Villages Blanc Marguerite 2016 Bottle:12 A pale greenish yellow wineChateau Thivin is located in the Cote de Brouilly, an ancient volcanic mound which juts unexpectedly from the Beaujeu Valley floor, about 30 miles north of Lyon. Super creamy with soft vanilla oak, good weight of ripe fruit and a pleasing blend of warm pineapple, stone fruits and elegant acidity. Floral nose with mineral and stone notes, citric palate, some oak in the finish.
