Standing Septarian Cube unique copper The bark on the upperA solid Septarian Cube has a corner removed to allow the specimen to stand. This presentation allows for a contemporary mineral display. Ornate yellow grey and brown patterning and striations can be seen from all sides. Septarian is derived from the Latin work septem meaning seven. These nodules were formed 50 70 million years ago in Utah. Mud balls which created this mineral cracked with seven points in every direction creating the crackle pattern.
